As a seasoned national and international speaker, training consultant and sololist, L.A. Smith-Roberts has exemplified the ability to utter words with candor, flavored with arousing dashes of hope and encouragement.

L.A. has been an entrepreneur for more than twenty-five (25) years and founder of Good News & Give Aways, Inc. (Goodnews23@comcast.net) In addition to producing and hosting a radio program, titled "Managing Your Income," she has authored several publications. Invitations to Amsterdam, Greece and many locales within the United States, have allowed the ministry to share knowledge and "how-to" experience with a multitude of hurting- people, as well as, alert, astute individuals who want to make certain their budgets or financial plans are sound.

Combined with the above, Smith-Roberts has surrounded herself with a host of other very capable business, faith-oriented and medical consultants. She is a licensed minister and has also received numerous awards, honors and certifications. Minister Smith-Roberts has been twice featured in Who's Who of America (Finance & Industry, 1999 and the South and Southwest, 1995. She is a graduate of Howard University and was inducted into KAPPA DELTA PI honor society. Having attended Owen College (now LeMoyne-Owen College), she earned membership in the PHI BETA LAMBDA business honor society.
