AALBC.com orders ship within 2-3 business days. Most orders ship from our
fulfillment center in Union, New Jersey. Your order will be sent via USPS at the
Media Mail rate. Media Mail shipments can take 7-14 days to arrive. Shipments
sent to overseas locations and APO (military) addresses may take longer to
arrive. The AALBC.com is not responsible for packages sent to and refused by
correctional institutions. Partial refunds for books, not shipping charges, will
be issued for items that are returned to us as non- deliverable. The buyer is
responsible for providing their correct shipping address, email address and
billing method at the time of the order. Out of stock items will be
automatically backordered for up to 14 days. You will be notified by email if
this is the case. When your title is back in stock it will be shipped
immediately. All books purchased through the AALBC.com are non-returnable except
for defective books which have been misprinted (i.e., unintentional blank pages,
upside down text, etc..) One you have placed your order with the AALBC.com we
will begin to process your order. You may cancel your order and receive a 100%
refund if we have not shipped your order. If you order has shipped, you must
return the package to us prepaid. Upon receipt, and if the book is in 100%
resalable condition, we will issue a refund for the full price paid, minus a $2
restocking fee, plus outbound shipping charges.
