Nappy Roots Books (a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation) is, first and foremost, a bookstore. We carry new & used books for adults and children. Our focus is on books by, for and about African people throughout the diaspora. We also carry political books, and books about other communities of color, art, jewelry, gifts, skin care products, and a variety of other items to serve our community. We're located smack-dab in the middle of Oklahoma City's northeast community near the corner of Northeast 36th & Kelley. Many of our books are priced under $5.
